How it works
Ajiye lives inside WhatsApp. Here is what happens from the first message to a verified line in your record.
Start the chat
Tap Start on WhatsApp. Choose English or Pidgin, read and accept how we'll use your details, and tell us about your work: trade, state and business type.
Add where your money goes
Pick your bank and type your account number. We check the account name with the bank and ask you to confirm it. Payments then settle straight to that account.
Send an invoice
Say “new invoice”. Add the customer, what you made and the price, and any deposit. You get a numbered PDF and a message ready to forward to your customer.
Get paid, confirmed
Your customer pays by transfer to the account on the invoice. When the processor confirms the payment, we tell you on WhatsApp. The money reaches your bank on the processor's settlement schedule.
Watch your record grow
Every confirmed payment is added to your track record. Cash you record yourself is kept too, marked honestly as self-reported. Open your dashboard any time with a secure link we send you in the chat.
