How we protect your money, record and data
Concrete controls, not slogans. This list grows as we build; nothing here is a promise we haven't designed for.
Money never passes through us
Payments settle directly from the payment processor to your bank account using the processor's split-payment feature. We have no wallet and no pooled account.
Paid means confirmed
A payment only shows as paid after we check it with the processor's verification service: amount, currency and reference must match. A message or screenshot alone never counts.
Encrypted sensitive details
Bank account numbers and tax numbers are encrypted field by field with AES-256-GCM, with keys kept outside the database.
A record that can't be quietly changed
Each line in your track record carries a fingerprint of the line before it. Issued invoices are never edited; corrections use a void and a credit note.
No passwords to steal
You log in with a single-use link we send you inside WhatsApp. It expires after 10 minutes and works only once.
Personal details stay out of logs
Phone numbers, account numbers and message text are removed from our logs automatically, and are never sent unredacted to outside services.
We only message you
We never message your customers. You decide what to forward to them.
